<p class="text" style="margin: 0px 0px 28px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word; font-family: 'microsoft yahei', helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 28px; text-indent: 2em;">2016??5日，内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔市临河区人民法院以被告人王力军没有办理粮食经营许可证和工商营业执照而进行粮食收购活动，违反《粮食流通管理条例》相关规定为由，依据刑法第二百二十五条第（四）项规定，以非法经营罪判处王力军有期徒刑一年，缓刑二年，并处罚金人民币2万元?/p>
